ABOUT GAL

Gal Gattenyo, a junior fashion designer from Tel Aviv, grew up in Modiin, Israel, and served in the IDF as a Medic Instructor. During this past year, Gal leveraged her military experience and took an active role in helping to fight the pandemic and testing the public for COVID-19.

In her former role as a Junior Fashion Designer at MEWS Fashion Studio by Gal Shefeld (SLOE FASHION), Gal was tasked with sketching, working with unique printing and knit as well as responsible for working with the mass production logistics pipeline.

As a recent graduate of Shekar College of Design and Engineering, Gal brings extensive experience and comprehensive technical abilities in fashion design, use of knitwear, prints, sewing, image design, handicrafts, and a deep understanding of the world.
