Announcing the Winners of the 31st International Lab of Mittelmoda – The Fashion Award
We are thrilled to unveil the winners of the 31st edition of the International Lab of Mittelmoda – The Fashion Award, held for the first time at Garage 21, Milan, under the patronage of Milano Unica.
On a runway alive with creativity, 26 finalist collections vied for 14 coveted awards, each recognising excellence across design, materials, innovation, and sustainability.

This year’s edition marked a bold new chapter: for the first time, the competition was hosted by Milano Unica at Garage 21 — a move that gave the event a fresh energy and a bold new setting.
We extend our deepest thanks to all participants — we received over 540 entries, and from across 17 countries and 15 design institutes, 26 finalists went head-to-head for honours.
To Milano Unica, our host and collaborator, we owe immense gratitude: your belief in emerging talent made this edition possible. Thank you for offering a dynamic stage in Milan for these young creatives to shine.
