ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Simon Mrózek, half Polish half German. A graduate of the Poznań School of Form in Fashion Design, gained his experience during international internships and workshops.
He began his adventure with the design industry at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, where he specialised in product design.
In 2014 he founded the brand Diligent. The main inspiration and design approach is the observation of social issues, which are often later used as part of the creative process. While creating he often transgresses standards and absorbs street style beyond his own comfort zone to ultimately create unique contrast-based concepts.
ABOUT THE BRAND
Diligent is a brand established by Szymon Mrózek in 2014. Two years later he joined forces with Marta Pospieszna and since 2015 Diligent is a fashion brand led by duo of designers.
In creating Diligent collection, the designer Szymon is focus on interdisciplinary competences and perspectives. He combine contemporary art with issues verging on social dilemmas. Szymon draw inspiration from observing his wsurroundings, and without forgetting the past—he turn towards the design future.
The construction of Diligent Brand concepts is based on contrasts, strong form and distinctive colour. As a team they approach their work ambitiously, as evidenced by the very name of the brand.
