ABOUT PIETRO:
Hi, I’m Pietro De Vecchi, a junior fashion designer born in Veneto in 1999. Previously I studied fashion desig at Iuav- Venice.
I arrive at Accademia Costume e Moda- Rome after a path based on an industrial view of fashion.
In Rome I could finally explore a more meticulous and sartorial creative methodology for my design, and in December 2023 I got my Master Degree in haute Couture there. Today I'm a part of the “Alta sartoria” team of Dolce & Gabbana in Milan.

“NO SIGN OF MIDDLE TIME” challenges the notion of the commonplace and cliché.
My projects trying to embodies the dualism between conceptual research and a pragmatic connotation of my design.
Can we redefine it, giving it depth and meaning?
This collection delves into the concept of the comfort zone, questioning the existence of intermediate times.
Do the Middle Ages still linger, hidden within our present?
In the brackish waters of the lagoon, fishermen persist in their timeless ways, sinking their feet into the muddy bottom of that inhospitable place.
