ABOUT PATRYCJA

My name is Patrycja Segedyn and I’m from Poland. I graduated from Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design.

After five years of study at the public University I had a feeling of emptiness and a strong need of finding my own path. That’s why I decided to change my education path and I began my studies at the School of Fashion Design. I finished this unforgettable adventure with my diploma collection “La Belleza” which helped me to win Cracow Fashion Award and has been selected as Collection of The Year.

This recognition helped me to believe in myself and I finally realized that designing is something that I truly love and what I want to do in my life. I’ve been cooperating with many artists, photographers – my projects had been showed in music videos, fashion magazines (Vogue, Elle, Kaltblut).

Also, I was selected as a finalist of some polish and international contests for young designers. I look for an inspiration from everything around me. I love to travel - new places, cultures, people are always my inspirations for creating new projects. Also, sport is very important part of my life – especially longboarding, running, yoga and surfing.

Every kind of the activity helps me to calm down and dive deep into myself. I was looking for a way to express my emotions and I’ m sure that fashion design is the great opportunity for me to achieve it and to show the world the real me.
