NCAD - National College of Art and Design

I have just graduated from the National College of Art and Design, in Ireland, where I received a first class honours degree in fashion design.

'Undone' is a womenswear collection that is personal to me as it reflects on my own, and other women's experiences of sexism and misogyny. The collection intends to celebrate women's sexuality as well as question the socially socially constructed concepts of purity and virginity.

Women's lingerie through history influenced details and silhouettes that highlight the female form and gives the clothes a strong and structured look. Classic tailoring and silhouettes with a modern twist are defining aspects of this collection, so that the wearer looks and feels empowered.

This collection should make a statement, and the women who wear the clothes should be able to feel confident in their bodies, and sexuality.
