About This Project

I attended the Artistic High School, Artemisia Gentileschi in Carrara (MS). I graduated with full marks. Drawing has always been my passion, particularly, water colour illustrations. I improved my skills and have always done so independently. During my studies, I directed them towards the fashion industry. For this reason, I decided to begin my studies in the Modartech Institute in Pontedera, Italy.
The year 2016 has been a great year for me. I have had great and numerous opportunities. I participated twice in the Milano Moda Graduate event. I presented my outfit on Rai2 television on a show called ‘’Moda di Moda’’. I also had the opportunity to display my outfit at the Milano Expo event. I also won some fashion grants.

I am presently doing an internship with Armani Exchange in Modena, Italy. My style has a preference for oversized shapes and contrasting materials and colours. It is contaminated mainly with a Japanese style as far as the lines, forms and volumes are concerned. The main brands that I prefer are Marni, Mason Margiela, Celine and Valentino.

I hope to work as a designer for a well-known brand in the future. I ‘m open minded and I do not want to limit myself in any way. The fashion world and all that is linked to it are fascinating to me. I am very creative and determined to prioritize my personal creativity. For this reason, I presented a collection that reveals myself and I did this through an artistic futuristic avant-garde movement. My entire year has been so dynamic and creative and reflective of this style so everything that I have created is connected to this. I love art where art becomes growth, energy, velocity and it must strike the imagination.

Another source of inspiration was Piaggio – the Vespa and the futuristic Thayaht tracksuit – that revolutionized fashion and work in the Piaggio Vespa factories. My collection wants to be a balance between these concepts, full of contrasts, especially regarding colours and materials. The fils-rouge of the collections is a touch of bright red that breaks but, at the same time, unites one outfit to another. The collection has a vintage appeal to it, yet modern in the details and accessories. Unique because hand-made.
