Creativity is always evolving.

New ideas and innovative attitudes are always required and welcome, especially in fashion. They can pop out from anywhere, also from the most hidden corner of the earth, needing to get a chance to be discovered, unveiled, and connected to the rest of the world.
Since 1993 Mittelmoda has been roaming the universe of budding creative fashion designers in search of new inspirations because it wants to give them this precious chance. Still today, with renovated energy and passion, Mittelmoda continues to explore the emerging sides of creativity, speaking straight to over 600 fashion design schools worldwide and getting together the best of incoming fresh proposals on an international catwalk.
Mittelmoda invites them to take part in an international competition, where they can showcase the collections and run for the relevant prizes on offer. At the fashion show, the finalists selected have the unique chance to create connections with the fashion system (brands, experts and opinion leaders active in the creative field), in order to improve their careers. Mittelmoda is proud to support creativity with strenght and commitment.

Location

The final phase of the contest will take place on 7th September in Milan (at the new modern trade fair premises Rho-Pero) during Milano Unica in the context of the Origin, Passion & Beliefs.

Jury

This edition will be hosting a special jury: Matteo Marzotto, Beppe Modenese, Carlo Capasa and other remarkable personalities of the Italian fashion scene will examinate the contest entries.

The competition is open to students in their last year at college who will graduate in 2016, and young designers either graduates of Fashion Colleges or in their early career.
